Love the jack and have used it several times. One day to remove and install the rear axle assembly on my Dodge pickup. BUT I have a BIG complaint. I CAN'T lower it slowly! Feels VERY DANGEROUS when things just hit.

Poor quality. Don't waste money! Jack's not even up to par. I almost dropped my bike with that jack. Called the manufacturer and told Mickey Mouse they had "pads" to make it work! It's amazing that I came and refunded my money as the manufacturer refuses to guarantee!

The jack was received on time. After a few days I finally took it out of the box, assembled the pen and started using it. .jack raised only a few inches. Perhaps the jack needed to be pumped and filled with fluid due to transportation or cold weather. After that the socket works as it should. Seems very stable.
