Review on 🔧 High Performance Powerbuilt 620422E Triple Lift Jack - Heavy Duty, 4000 lb Capacity, Silver Finish by Josh Maher

I really like my jack and use it more than any other jack. However, it started leaking about 6 months after I received it. I emailed the customer service center and got a quick response that there were no good parts and that I should take the jack to a hydraulic shop for repairs. In a subsequent email I reiterated that the jack was still under warranty. I did not get an answer. A few weeks later I sent another email saying my plug was leaking. Again I was told to take it to a hydraulic shop for repair. I explained again that the jack was still under warranty and again received no response. I hate the 1 year warranty on the jack. I ended up disassembling the jack myself and replacing the broken O-ring. Since then there have been no more problems. It would be nice if the circuit was included in the instructions.
