Used it the same day I received it. For starters, it carries serious weight. I have a fairly low machine so it was difficult to line up the pressure welds with the sides of the pad. Installing the jack was also a challenge. Your line of sight to the center of the jack is cut off, requiring a lot of guesswork. My biggest problem was getting the car on the jack. You twist the handle to drop it, but it doesn't feel gradual. The knob holds tight, and the moment you turn enough to start depressurizing, it instantly brings the car sharply onto the jack. I think it might be something I can tweak with practice, but the first few times I dropped my poor kid hard on the jacks.
