Review on 🔧 High Performance Powerbuilt 620422E Triple Lift Jack - Heavy Duty, 4000 lb Capacity, Silver Finish by Brandon Addison

Based on the reviews I should have known better. Exactly what I need in terms of capacity, but the damn thing won't go down even with my almost 190 kilos. The instructions are great [NOT] - they list all sorts of hydraulic issues that need raising but do nothing to lower the unit. I use scissor lifts every day. I use hydraulic lifts almost every day - not that I don't have a solid understanding of how each system works. I could drain the hydraulic fluid to lower it, but then I'd just mess up my garage, be left with a dangerous substance, and still have a useless jack. So I'm sending it back and wondering why Revain even sells products that have over 10% 1 star ratings and numerous comments about non-existent customer service.
