The seams do not slide smoothly from the plastic part to the bamboo part - very annoying.
There is a big diameter difference between the bamboo part and the plastic part. The stitches do not slide easily from the plastic part to the bamboo points. I get very annoyed at having to stop and sew up the bamboo tips. I prefer metal needles which have very little difference between the metal needles and the plastic part.
