Well, let's see... First of all, this product is IMPOSSIBLE so don't buy thinking you can return it because it isn't so is. Second, the tail light is NOT working, brand new and straight out of the box. Also, the horn is no joke, but it still rings in the ears. Also, the "off" button on this thing isn't easily distinguishable, so I got a beep that couldn't be turned off. Also, my dogs are upset because the horn pierces their ears and is not easy to put off, and if you upset my dogs, you upset me. If they weren't so cute I wouldn't care but they are. Fourth, the odometer is not accurate. After all, it doesn't even come with a charging cable. - returnable, can't wait to see how many other ways this disappoints me...
