I seem to go through non-stick fry pans fairly quickly. I use only silicone utensils and follow instructions carefully, but don't get much more than a year out of most of these pans. This one seems to be holding up well and is non-stick as advertised. The glass lid makes it more versatile. I use it on an induction cooktop and it seems to spread the heat evenly. My only complaint is that when washed in the dishwasher (it says it's dishwasher safe!) a black residue comes off the bottom on my hands and towels. It's almost like soot.
