Blown low and high beam bulbs - bought 3 months ago

Bought this bulb because it is LED and should be bright. However, my headlight on my scooter, although bright, is very difficult to see at night as the light bar appeared too high even though I had the lamp fully focused. Then just last night driving home in the dark both the high and low beams died - burned out. My light bulb is only 3 months old and it's dead.
