We have been using Protocol for our demand generation and lead nurturing campaigns. The team is very responsive and helpful. We have seen a significant improvement in the quality of leads we are generating. The best thing about this is that it helps in getting better insights for your campaigns, which help you reach out more people through digital marketing efforts. It has a lot of features but sometimes they are not easy to understand or follow. They should make everything very simple to use so that even newbies can get started using them easily as well. I am solving my requirement of understanding the behavior of users online as per their interest. This tool gives me all what i need to know.
