I ordered this training collar because my aussie has suddenly decided to bark loudly at everything. My neighbors gently recommended this product. He also demonstrated that so far he only has to use the vibrate mode to get his dogs attention and makes him stop barking. I think this won me over. I didn't want to have something that only caused painful shocks. This collar has a nice piercing alarm sound as well. I think the light mode would be for the person to locate their dog. My dog has such long hair that he wouldn't notice. I found the directions easy to follow and I like the 2-prong charger. This is really cool actually. It charged really fast. The little silicon prong covers work great. They also sent a little test device to test the prongs. I'm so glad my neighbor recommended this product that I really needed. Sorry I couldn't get a photo of my dog wearing the collar. He wouldn't stay still. Still training lol
