Great taste, macros and high!

I love True Nutrition Whey Protein Powder. I saw and tried their protein coffee. First I put ice, powder and water in a cup and mixed and the taste wasn't the same. Then I made a new cup, put powder and water in it and mixed everything myself. Then I added ice and it was PERFECT! The order is important and you will definitely want to stir it before adding the ice. Just as good if not better than Starbucks. I mix it with about 8 ounces of water. Then fill the rest of the mug with ice. I give my brothers a glass when they come in and now they're on the hook too. The taste to protein ratio is amazing in itself. But then when you get high from caffeine/coffee, oh boy yes! That's all I need before my workout. I was about to take a nap, I'm drinking this and the next thing I know I have the energy to work out. And that's usually when I'm working out anyway. I also regularly drink a cup of iced coffee in the morning (I prefer iced coffee to hot coffee). It's really nice when cutting because every calorie is precious and you want to keep your protein levels high while you're cutting (1g of protein per pound of body weight is what I do). This protein coffee makes it very easy to hit my protein goals, even at my current 13% BF and restricted calorie intake. If you like iced coffee and protein powder, give it a try. It could be another tool in your arsenal for your next workout or new pre-workout.
