Just arrived. The seal of the box is broken - it has already been opened. I'll try this and check the stats to see if it's been used. However, I am not happy about buying a "NEW" item and receiving an "Open Box" item! Update: I installed this and ran the diagnostics. It works 100% and is incredibly fast. Turns out it already has 1 hour of use and 1 power cycle. It's like having a new computer instead of a 2 year old computer. CONS: The included Acronis cloning software didn't work. I investigated the issue and was able to boot the Acronis bootloader but it said it couldn't see all the drives and wouldn't work. It seemed like I was waiting for the USB drive to start, even after I selected Wait it didn't work. MSI x470 Gaming M7 AC motherboard with Ryzen 2700x processor. I put it in PCIe M.2 #1. I've tried several other cloning apps and the only one that worked and was very easy to use is called Macrium Reflect, which has a 30-day trial for home use. It took about 30 minutes to clone system drive with 300GB occupied space. It also allowed me to manually increase the size of the C: partition to take advantage of the remaining space on the new drive. If I were to buy it again I would pay more money and get the largest size I could afford. The computer starts in about 4 seconds and about 10 seconds after logging into Windows 10. Everything responds immediately.
