Bent blade or tang? Dull? This thing was beautiful right out of the box! It was razor sharp, meaning it shaved hair off my arm. Nice and heavy. Perfectly straight. And of course it stains. It's carbon steel, not stainless. You can't treat it like it is. Really, for the price? It's a deal. Can't wait to haft it and use it on my next trip to the woods.Update. Finished with a hickory handle. This blade makes a beautiful knife.
