Review on MeetingMatrix by Mark Loredo

I like how it's simple to create meeting rooms with all their different features such as breakout areas etc included in one place! It also has great reporting capabilities which makes things even easier when you want reports or presentations done quickly - especially if they're large scale ones too (like at conferences).

The software can be slow sometimes but this isn't really any fault from our end; just patience will get better results eventually :) If anyone needs help setting up meetings/rooms then definitely give these guys some time because we've had no issues so far!! Creating spaces / breakouts within events easily without having multiple spreadsheets around doing similar tasks was very helpful indeed once set everything else out does take longer than expected ;).
