Very happy with the purchase. A little background: I'm a girl and new to woodworking. Recently bought this DeWalt grinder and the pad melted. I asked the woodworking Facebook group and said I was pushing too hard. I see many people having similar issues with their random orbital sanders. My point is that no matter what you buy it will crack/melt if you squeeze it too hard. Don't press hard. You only have to guide the grinder without pressure. Nevertheless, this replacement pad fits and has a great grip! That works great!
