I like that they are very flexible when it comes to working with our team at work in terms of scheduling events for different groups within my organization as well as outside clients.

They're also great about keeping us up to date via email/phone calls regarding any changes or cancellations which makes things much easier! Nothing so far but we have had good communication throughout this process from start to finish. If you need someone who can be trusted then definitely give them a call - their customer service has been nothing short of amazing!!
