Specifically bought this set of dice for the interesting glitter color combos and 16mm sizing. The colors are certainly very cool. But the more we played with the dice we found that some color combos were hard to see the dots (gold dots on white semi-translucent background). The dice felt a little lighter than regular dice and it was just a hair smaller than regular dice. But overall, that didn't affect playing games like Tenzi, Yahtzee or Farkle. The colors are the dice are beautiful. So I'd recommend the dice if you don't mind the weight and sizing. The velvet carry bag that comes with the set is a plus as well!
