I ordered this and the Auto Meter metric adapter 2277 to replace my 5.3 LS with my 1969 Chevy truck with stock gauges. . The adapter fits perfectly. . People who are having problems with adapters, I've been told by Auto Meter, are trying to run the transmitters that come with their Auto Meter sensor, and I suspect they differ by Auto Meter. Just to clarify, if you run this transmitter with the 2277 Auto Meter Adapter it will work. . . Hope this helps someone in the future. I know I was confused when ordering. happy to report that it works.
