This is a great option for creativity with children. I've used them with my 3 year old with a variety of colors and love that the bristles stay in place and don't fall out. The bristles are thick and wiry rather than soft, geared towards different types of art brushes. I also like that I can use multiple brushes for different colors. The brushes are inexpensively manufactured from a metal alloy bent into a hollow round shape with a crimped bristle end. Cleaning is garbage. If you plan to use them again and again until they wear out, you still need to take good care of them. In this case, that probably means you don't want to soak them overnight or for long periods of time. Time. After soaking a few of these I noticed that they may have started to oxidize, although when I cleaned and dried them the oxidation was gone. For the price they are great as you get 25 brushes for around $15 or less. Overall, these are great little brushes at an affordable price.
