I like how easy it is to use! It's so much better than using paper forms in order keep track of your memberships/membership renewals etc., plus you can email them at anytime if they don't have access or forget their password (which happens often).

You also get reminders sent out about when there are due dates coming up which helps people who aren’t as good with technology remember things sooner rather then later because we know what time those deadlines fall during our week. And lastly - being able to send an automatic reminder via text message would be great but currently isn't available yet unfortunately :( otherwise this product works well enough though sometimes my computer gets confused while trying to log into certain areas such as renewal notices ect.. So make sure not too technical person since some navigation items may take longer getting used to compared other programs especially ones made by more popular companies like Google Drive / Dropbox vs one from smaller businesses where.
