Review on Epartsdom FBA_USB DVDRW External USB DVD by Chris Moody

Bought this CD and DVD burner. It is advertised as a DVD±RW and can be seen in the product image. I received a CD-RW/DVD-ROM. In other words, it can burn CDs but only view DVDs. It burns great CDs, but that was only a small part of the reason I wanted this drive. Also, the included USB cables (yes, that's right, it takes 2 USB ports) are pretty short (about 60cm). So if you have a large computer case, you will need longer cables. It really should have an external power connector instead of using a separate USB cable for power. My computer only has 4 USB ports so using this burner is difficult as my peripherals compete for USB storage space. Only get this if you have extra USB slots and don't want to turn on the DVD burner. I expected more from a Revain product.
