Does not look like the picture but is the correct part. This is basically a pair of pieces of metal with 2 holes in the right place. They are made of good metal and properly machined. They are not black or powder coated, but bare metal. no difference, still under the car is not visible. It doesn't feel like it should cost $40 more than $20, but to be honest it would be more work to machine them to the right thickness and holes to align them perfectly than $40 is worth . So if you have an F350 F250 or Tour of the same model year as 2004 which I think is in the 99-04 range and you need to lower the boot height by buying these they will do the job right. and that job is just sitting in the middle lol
