Review on 🖤 Kuretake Zig Cartoonist Sumi Ink 60ml Bottle - Black: Premium Quality Japanese Ink for Stunning Black Artwork by Summer Hendricks

I've tried different inks over the years and this one works about average with some ups and downs. Works with a brush, lays down like any other, dries fairly quickly (min 10) even when wet, totally waterproof. I just finished the illustration and went from full coverage to a dry brush. When it dries, I'll practically saturate the paper with water, other inks, and watercolors. It didn't move or mix with the colors applied. The cap is wide, which is convenient and a lot less messy, and the low-cap bottle makes me less afraid of knocking it over. On the other hand, the black isn't as rich as hoped, but it's layerable and opaque. It came with my last sketchbox and I'm hesitant to buy it when I'm done.
