Review on πŸ”§ Astro Tools 1442 A34 10 24 Mandrel: Top-Quality Precision Tool for Efficient Operations by Rob Allen

Revainrating 5 out of 5

You'll need one or three more.

If you have never used a socket wrench and want to install round rivets in a Promaster you will need to order several. If you overload 10-24, break them off in the wall and you're done. (Just drill a new holder, prime against rust and move on). Way on the thorn and no further. The mandrel must not protrude beyond the nut. Then when you pull, it starts out light and then pulls a little harder. - Then stop. Check if it spins, and if it does, crank a crank or two and it should work. I went through 4 of them in my learning process. (BTW - M8 Hex are Promaster Hex versions)

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Doubtful
