I like how easy it was to set up, use in our fleet as well at home office using my computer or phone! It's not great but we have had some issues with their customer support team when trying help us solve problems/questions from other users who are having trouble setting things correctly (eg passwords). We're solving employee scheduling challenges by allowing employees more flexibility around working hours while still meeting business needs related to safety standards etc without impacting revenue too much - this has been key benefit so far compared to competitors products which can be very inflexible if you don't pay them lots upfront!!
