Review on GODSHARK Parallel Expansion Converter Controller by Johnathan Stoner

Works with Mach 3 for I/O port cards

This card is easy to insert, has thin line and full size plates for different tower sizes and driver disk. As others have said, you need to go into your hardware settings and find the I/O address. Once you've added this to your port #1 address block, you're done. This card outputs a solid 5V, so there is no problem here. I used a recent .XML file to transfer my settings to a 'new' computer I bought and used a multimeter to test my outputs (that's how I know it's definitely 5V ) to ensure Mach 3 is communicating with the parallel card port. To the right. Then I took it to my recording table and pocketed it. She immediately earned what never happens! If you're looking for a parallel port card to use with Mach 3 and your 32-bit operating system (I use a Pro), that's it.

Pros
  • Looks good
