We love feeding ducks in our neighboring pond. Stale white bread does not affect the diet and health of ducks in any way. We chose Natural Waterscapes water bird food. Apparently it's good food! Ducks love eating these pellets. I think they recognize me, my wife and our grandchildren - we all love tossing balloons and watching them land on water. Ducks seem smart and careful. As they swim toward us, they retreat after we throw the balls. We go and watch the ducks quickly swim to the "feeder" and ingest some tasty pellets. We love feeding these wild ducks. And they seem to love being fed. I really think they recognize our shapes or colors or the duck noises we make. And it's so much fun watching our little grandkids excitedly feeding ducks, especially knowing we're feeding them nutritious food, not crappy stale white bread that's just as unfit for a duck diet as it is for a human diet. We like the product, we will order more.
