The easiest and best way is

Setting up and cleaning is very easy. Place the seasoned meat in the lower basket and the vegetables in the upper basket. You fill the base with water, set the timer, and then leave before dinner is ready in about 20-30 minutes. I've tried salmon, chicken, halibut, and tilapia and they all turned out great. The steam ensures that the nutrients left in the meat remain juicy and tender. I no longer roast or bake meat and have also lost weight thanks to this healthier way of cooking. If anyone is looking for a simple, nutritious and effective way to eat, this is it. The entire unit fits perfectly into kitchen cabinets with baskets nested within its stainless steel body. Five stars!
