The support team was very helpful in answering my questions about how to use their service for our business needs! They were also able to answer any technical issues that came up during implementation of this product into several different applications we have at work (both internal & external). I would highly recommend them if you are looking or implementing an application like theirs - it will be worth your time spent working through all aspects involved before deciding whether they can meet what exactly YOU need from such services/products!! We needed some additional features added onto one specific part within another system so having someone who knew both products really helped us get everything set-up just right AND made sure there weren't too many errors along those lines once implemented.
