Love but the cord caught fire to close.

The press is great with double sided. This saves time by letting you click when setting up the next items to click. My only downside and complaint is the cord which I squeezed because it was too close to the plates. Oh yes it started a fire and ruined my customers' goods which I can't find and also now I have a press with a damaged cord. I hope to be able to replace or refund it, I've only had it for about 35-40 days and I love it. I give 1 star for the security of the cable and plate placement. Must rethink.
