Solid, Accurate, High-Resolution, Reproducible Prints for Budget-Conscious Enthusiasts and Professionals. Rugged, solid body minimizes vibration for faster printing. The noise development is average compared to comparable devices. To date I have not encountered any binding, feed related issues or rail misalignment issues with TPU, TPC, PLA, ABS. The device even produced ABS prints with negligible warping, probably mostly due to the printer's closed chamber and heated build plate, which offers a wide range of temperature options; It also offers a good variety of thread options to play with. I can't comment on the quality of customer support as I didn't have any issues with initial setup or usage that required assistance. (The phone support number is unfortunately in China, there is no US alternative, only email remains.) I was up and running and producing quality prints the same day with relatively little experience. My main criticism is the menu structure of the device interface, which should be more efficient and polished. Also, I would like the heated build plate to reach the set temperature faster. A robust auto-leveling feature would be nice too, as it's a hassle to set up perfectly and the most important element next to temperature; the difference between a good print and a mess of used filament. All in all, though, it's a reliable, functional product that's good value for money considering its general characteristics. I also considered the Hatchbox Alpha option due to the relative cost and large print size capability. Many Thanks.
