First of all let me say that I loved this mirror! Makeup is now so easy and fun! But unfortunately, after six months of brief use, it stopped charging. I've always kept it in the same place on my desk and been careful with it, so I don't know how it died so quickly. It's a shame because I really enjoyed using this mirror. But buying it every 6 months just isn't profitable and I contacted the company as there should be a guarantee but I didn't get any response. EDIT: By contacting the company through their website, not just Amazon, I was able to get a response and they will send me a new mirror! So there is a guarantee, you might just have to try contacting them a few times.
