The worst purchase in my life, dont repeat my mistake

neither the drivers for win10 64 nor for win8 64 from the asus site helped (I installed alternately and together the version of firewood for 8k that was on the disk - for 10 there is nothing on the disk, I connected both as a headset with a microphone and as stereo headphones). 1 time at the very beginning there was contact with the column for 10 seconds, but this "success" could not be repeated.
