I love that this is all integrated into one system, so when I need to ask or answer questions it's just a click away! It could be easier for new users who are not as tech savvy by having an auto responder feature built in which will automatically send out emails with FAQ answers to any user requesting them. This makes answering questions quicker and more efficient. The ability of searching through past topics using the search bar at the top right corner has been very helpful in finding questions and then responding quickly since you can see what other people have answered.
