A must use software for productivity, project-management and knowledge sharing

The best feature is that it has all three in one place, so there's no need to keep track of 3 different systems if you are looking for an answer or want help solving some problem related with your business/productivity system etc.. It can't handle images very well but otherwise works fine! Also the support team from AIMSolutions was really good as they helped me out during my testing phase even though I had problems understanding how it worked sometimes because this product seems quite…

AllAnswered Has Helped Streamline Answering Support

I like that it's very easy to use, and is completely customizable for my specific needs as an employee of mine in training new employees who are learning how our software works with their own unique set requirements/needs! It would be nice if there were more features available at this price point (but not too many!). We're solving problems we had internally before switching over from another product but have found no issues thus far using allanswered. Our biggest issue has been user error by…

Great platform - easy access anywhere!!

I love that this is all integrated into one system, so when I need to ask or answer questions it's just a click away! It could be easier for new users who are not as tech savvy by having an auto responder feature built in which will automatically send out emails with FAQ answers to any user requesting them. Great Tool For Business Owners and Entrepreneurs

The best thing is that it's FREE! I've only used this for about 2 months now but have had no problems or bugs with using this platform in any way, shape or form (aside from being able to log into my account).
