Review on AllAnswered by Jerry Delic

I like that it's very easy to use, and is completely customizable for my specific needs as an employee of mine in training new employees who are learning how our software works with their own unique set requirements/needs! It would be nice if there were more features available at this price point (but not too many!). We're solving problems we had internally before switching over from another product but have found no issues thus far using allanswered. Our biggest issue has been user error by people looking up answers online instead of asking us or taking advantage of resources within the system itself which helps keep things organized without having to rely so heavily upon other products out side of ours.
