Saved about $250
Bought to replace a worn keychain. This new one was easy to assemble after I took the old one apart. This one comes with a small screw under the Chevy logo, but the old one was glued on. The only tricky part is turning the spring to get the key to open properly with the button, but that's a user issue, not a parts issue. Works great so I bought another to replace my spare key. I saved over $200 on a new dealer key! #do it yourself
