So everyone has a different body size, height and bike, and everyone has different tastes. So here is my take on this seat. I actually bought the oversized Champ seat first and once I sat on it I was so happy because I've put about 40 miles in my stock GT Aggressor seat over the past two days was and my azz killed me! I couldn't continue. So I got this new seat (Champ) and handlebars (Velo Orange Klunker Commuter Urban Bicycle Handlebar Black 25.4mm), a shorter stem (Azarxis 31.8mm, Stem 40mm) and a stem extender (FOMTOR Bike Stem Riser MTB) so I can sit upright more. Life was good for the first day or two, but then I noticed it wasn't as comfortable as I'd hoped (I also adjusted by pushing it forward and tilting), but it (the champ- seat) was still much better than mine. old seat. So I was going to buy my wife a second Champ chair, but it turned out the Champ was sold out, so I ordered this one (Asani) instead, partly because it looked like Champ. So I get this new seat in the mail (Asani) and put it on my wife's bike. Then I rode my wife's bike and couldn't believe how much more comfortable it is than mine (Champ) but at the same time my wife's bike is much smaller than mine and I don't have my new handlebars yet. So I thought, well, maybe it's just the way I'm sitting on her bike that makes it more comfortable. (On the Asani seat, I felt more padding and less bullnose pressure in the squat area). So I installed Asani on my bike and everything was almost perfect. I couldn't understand why it was so much more comfortable than Champ. Both looked almost the same and both packs have the same dimensions of 10.2 x 10.2. And when I say they look almost the same, it's like they're made on the same assembly line, and then they just have a different name printed on them. They were both black, almost the same shape, with the same stitching, same white line design, same creases, same dotted texture on the back of the seat, but upon closer inspection, the Champ placed side by side was noticeably larger. as an asani, not sure why as both list the same sizes but it was. I even measured and the champ is about half an inch taller, but perhaps more importantly, the bulbous part of the champ (I don't know what you call the pointy part of the seat) is longer than the asani. The back of the asani is slightly thicker (shorter) and this is important, my squat and heirloom jewels didn't rub against the rounded asani as much and I was much happier. I then put my Champ on my wife's bike and she is happy with it compared to her old seat. I'm afraid to put Asani on her bike for her to try because I know she might insist I leave it there until I get a new one. I would recommend Asani.
