It's ok for the price. The inserts fit snugly into the holes in the bumper and the included screws hold the mount well in place. I like that the included mounting screws for the plate are TORX. Reduces the likelihood of your records being stolen. A few tips: 1. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN the screws that attach the bracket to the bumper. This is a nylon insert that can be easily removed. Fixed plus 1/4 turn no more.2. Mounting screw inserts are slightly different from California plates. In any case, to start, simply loosen all 4 mounting screws and then tighten them. If you insert and tighten them one by one, you may find that the 4th screw does not fit. Can't comment on durability yet, but seems good enough for the task.
