I have had 2 small stools with storage for years. One holds all my crochet yarn and the other holds dozens of charging cords and other electrical knick-knacks we've collected over the years. They're in front of the bedroom window, and I can sit on one of them to put my shoes on without wrinkling the bed. When I needed extra storage in our dressing room I was planning to just get some sort of plastic bucket with a lid but decided to have something more attractive albeit just me and my husband seeing it. . I knew I needed the double width version this time and looked for it on the shopping channel website where I bought the first 2 about 12 years ago. I couldn't believe the price! They wanted $70 which is more than double what I paid for a couple of small ones. I was so glad I found it here for 1/2 but I was worried it wouldn't be as good as the old ones I bought. Well it is. In fact, I suspect it's the same manufacturer because every detail is the same as the little ones. Beautiful and durable, soft on the top. That's great! The tote bag contains one queen size airbed, all linens for the airbed, and an extra set of guest bedroom linens. There's even room for an extra blanket or two. My husband loves having a closet space to put his shoes on and he weighs over 200 pounds and holds himself up great. And I'm SO glad I don't have an unattractive plastic bucket in my closet. Works and looks great!
