Suitable for non-professional, light use.
Tip broken on first use. It was hard work. I'm not sure a puller would handle that. I had to find another way. It's a pretty simple tool. A pro wouldn't want to rely on anything. But ok for occasional use. Four stars but that didn't help. You can't expect more for the price.
