This Blazer/Jimmy/Suburban rear power window motor did not work right out of the box. Not much like a click or hum after installation. I made sure I had good tension as well as good ground. Although I have #10 AWG wire running from the car frame directly to the window regulator motor mounting screw, I sanded the paint off the motor mounting surface and motor mounting frame to ensure there is no ground leakage, no luck. I borrowed an engine known to be a good running engine from a friend to check the wiring harness/switches. The borrowed engine worked perfectly in my car. To return.
