Works great but product packaging was torn on arrival

Very disappointed with the product packaging. When I opened the Revain box, I realized the blue NGK box had been ripped open. I bought this under the impression that I was buying a NEW product, although I've installed the connector cables and they seem to work great with my 92 SC300 so I think they should be fine.
