I bought this tool to help loosen the adjusting nuts when servicing a Chrysler 8.25 axle on my '99 Dodge Dakota pickup. After removing the axle shafts, this tool went in and easily hooked the adjusters. This truck has an offset axle; That means the differential is closer to the passenger side, which makes the pipe on the driver's side longer. The tool entered both axes, allowing it to be gripped at least 3 inches. The tool has about 6 inches of heat shrink tubing on the end of the wrench that protects the oil seal and wheel bearing from damage in use. If you want to pull your diff out of your Mopar 8.25, this tool is what you need. This makes the job much easier and is a quality tool.
