High quality, you get what you pay for.

These are quality seals, do not use RTV. If it is leaking, the edges of the pallet will need to be straightened and/or the bolts will need to be undertightened. The spacer has built in stops to prevent over tightening. So unless you're doing something ridiculous, this shouldn't be happening.
