When trying to buy 1 memory module instead of 2 I stopped at this one. The memory seems to work fine and works fine, but the RGB doesn't work properly. Mobo is Asus ROG STRIX Z370-F, drivers are up to date, AuraSync software is up to date and storage stays blue. When loading, the module alternates between colors, but then turns blue. I've tried in different DIMM slots and also tried alone with no G.Skill memory and no luck. I haven't done a memory test yet, I'll take care of that later. When I received the package I was busy with something else and opened it. The two areas where the tape is on the Ballistix packaging were on top as if it had already been opened. I was a bit suspicious, but I didn't document it out of concern, nor did I further evaluate the package. My first thought is that maybe the weather has something to do with it. After RGB didn't work, my next thought was that the company I bought it from sent me a "returned" module.
