Buy! Programming is so easy it will make you laugh out loud. I bought a 2001 Mustang GT that only had 1 key and a remote. I ordered this remote control and it arrived within a few days. First I had a second key cut and programmed by a local locksmith. Then I took the remote control and programmed it. Actually, let me rephrase that. After reading the instructions I asked my 14 year old daughter to program FOB. It was so easy that she laughed out loud. It lasted about 15 seconds. No kidding, it's that simple. Turn the ignition on and off 8 times, leave the key on, the doors will lock, press any button on the factory remote and the doors will open, press any button on the new remote and the doors will lock . Turn off the key. Did! Seriously, it's that simple. I was very happy with this product. The dealer wanted over $150 to buy and program a factory remote. I saved 3 tanks of gas by making it myself despite having to buy my daughter's lunch for her hard work.
