Easy to use & set up. Engaging & insightful analytics.

The design of their platform is very user-friendly, intuitive & has all of your bases covered if you're looking to engage with prospective clients/customers - we've used this tool in conjunction with our CRM system to help get leads flowing into conversations. We have not yet had any problems implementing or using the service as they do what they say so far! I'd recommend them so long as there's no issues going forward. Creating more meaningful follow up from initial interactions with potential prospects through to sales closing.

Pros

Easy set ups for both users; it requires zero training time.
This makes engagement easy when managing large amounts data without having too many emails flying around simultaneously causing confusion among staff members who are working off different systems altogether that could make tracking progress difficult otherwise
