These magnets are exactly what they advertise. The pulling force is about 20-22lbs/10kg, well packaged and labeled on the racks. The fortress differs slightly for each batch (we ordered several batches for a science project), but not much. If you're going to use them for utility they're strong, but remember they're plate thin and unless you're careful and let them snag you (if they don't break on impact) you probably need a small one Wedge. to separate them. Great magnets.
