I bought this product about 4 months ago and use it regularly (4-5 days) a week. After 4 months of use my tape was damaged and I spoke to Motorola/Lenovo support to see if they had a replacement or repair. It turns out that according to them, no matter how long the purchase takes, there are no guarantees whatsoever. In short the quality of the strap is clearly cheap and for the price I paid for this watch it was a poor choice. I'd better pay a little more to get "fitbit", "apple" or "samsung" devices. Lenovo is asking me for an additional $75 to fix the strap, which I'm also responsible for shipping. I hope this helps future buyers make the right decision when looking for a sports tracker watch. Overall, the customer service, durability, and battery life are pretty lousy. It looks like there is a bug in the software that is causing it to turn off and on randomly. DO NOT BUY this just for free.
